The report of the Ideathon on "How to develop local XR human resources" workshop that I facilitated at the Metaverse-related event held at Toyama Prefectural University on November 6, 2024, is now available.
The ideas generated at the Idea-thon summarized that the various skills of XR require not only individual knowledge acquisition but also co-creative learning.
